Attorney Phillip Noland of Phoenix; check bouncing loser

The state of Arizona presented Phillip Gregory Noland with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Arizona State University School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Wrote check on insufficient funds account (rubber)
• Violated various trust account guidelines
• Failed to abide by recordkeeping rules
• Failed to safeguard client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2019), Phil practices at 710 West Roosevelt in Phoenix, Arizona.
