Former Judge Michael Shaw of Sayre, PA; perverted loser

Mikey joined the Bradford County Magisterial District Court in 1994. As a result of misconduct charges lodged against him, he did not run for re-election in 2017 and left his judicial position in January 2018.

The Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Exchanged sexual messages with girlfriend of drug and alcohol treatment court participant
• Exchanged sexual messages with a probation officer who was involved in the treatment court
• Used his personal cell phone to discuss cases with the relatives of litigants
• Presided over 42 civil cases that his personal attorney was working on and failed to inform the opposing side of the attorney-client relationship
• Mikey and court treatment participant had sex in a hotel in Binghamton, New York

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Board punished Mikey by gifting him with a “severe” reprimand and fined him $5,000.00.

As we speak (ca. May 2019), rumor has it that Mikey has or is in the process of applying for a job as a greeter at the Walmart store located at 1887 Elmira Street in Sayre, Pennsylvania.

And if that doesn’t pan out, Mikey can always enroll for classes at the Capitol Bartending School of Pennsylvania located at 2612 North Third Street in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
