Former Judge David Meyer of Port Townsend, WA; bullying loser

The state of Washington presented Timothy B. Hennessey with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Washington Judicial Commission on Judicial Conduct found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• During hearings for Anti-Harassment Orders, was unnecessarily confrontational, limited the litigants’ presentations of their cases, criticized domestic violence survivor for her choice in relationships, and laughed at response of lawyer who was present for one of the hearings
• Failed to comply with the law
• Failed to act in a manner that promotes public confidence in the independence, integrity, and impartiality of the judiciary
• Failed to avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety
• Failed to accord every person who has legal interest in a proceeding, or that person’s lawyer, the right to be heard according to law [due process]
• Failed to be patient, dignified, and courteous to litigants, jurors, witnesses, lawyers, court staff, court officials, and others with whom he dealt with in an official
• Capacity
• Was intemperate and intimidating in dealings with those who were unfortunate enough to have appeared before him
• He was brusque, harsh, discourteous, impatient and sarcastic in dealing with litigants and/or their attorneys

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. May 2019), Timmy continues to sit as a Spokane County Superior Court judge in Spokane, Washington.
