Attorney David J. Witherspoon of Newark, NJ; repeater, pervert  
The New Jersey Supreme Court presented David J. Witherspoon with a law license in 1994.
From 2002 through 2008, Dave the Repeater was found guilty of misconduct on four occasions. The enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics punished Dave by gifting him with three admonitions and one reprimand.
Subsequently, Dave the Loser was found guilty of the following misconduct by the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics.
On several occasions while representing women in bankruptcy cases, Dave the Humanitarian offered to reduce his legal fee by several hundred dollars if the women performed sex acts. In one instance, Dave told a client she could satisfy her legal fees by allowing him to “watch her with her female friend or by allowing him to join in.” He told another client he would refund his legal fees if she joined him on his office couch.
As a consequence of his egregious misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Dave the Perv by gifting him with a complimentary one-year suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. Feb 2012) Dave the Perv practices law at 60 Park Place in Newark, New Jersey.
