Attorney Dana Wilson of Hazel Park, MI; slacker, loser

The state of Michigan presented Dana F. Wilson with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the John Marshall School of Law. 

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #67 found Dana guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed seek the lawful client objectives through reasonably available means permitted by law
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to explain matters to extent necessary for client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct and/or knowingly assisted or induced another to do
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Dana by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed $757.71 in costs.
