Attorney Adam Bailey of New York City; bullying loser

The state of New York provided Adam Leitman Bailey with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Syracuse University School of Law.

New York’s Appellate Division, First Judicial Department Grievance Committee found Adam guilty of the following misconduct.

• Told a tenant in a recorded phone call that he would be reported to authorities and that “now you’re my bitch”
• Told the tenant he was worthless and should commit suicide
• Barged into an arbitration, snapped photos and chastised a witness
• Called the tenant and told him he was “not that bright” and he would “be bankrupt soon” if he didn’t take down a website that critiqued Adam’s conduct and/or alleged unethical conduct
• Told tenant during phone call “You’re one of those people in the world that really should just kill themselves because you’re worthless”

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Adam by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.

And lastly, sounds like an attorney (Roy Cohn Wannabee) that Donald “Trumporleone” is looking to hire as his next consigliore and bagman.
