Attorney Elizabeth Hohenberg of Memphis, TN; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee provided Elizabeth Ford Hohenberg with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Liz guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Liz by gifting her with a complimentary censure.
