The Tri-County Hearing Panel #101 found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Improperly held funds other than client or third person funds in office trust account
• Deposited his own funds into office trust account in an amount more than reasonably necessary to pay financial institution service charges or fees

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 179-day suspension of his law license and assessed $780.33 in costs.
