The Law Society presented Susan Fajardo with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Suzie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Engaged in unsatisfactory profession conduct
• Failed to act with competence (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Falsely swearing to a statutory declaration

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Suzie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
