Attorney Ignatius Udeani of Bloomington, MN; slacker

The state of Minnesota presented Ignatius Chukwuemeka Udeani with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from William Mitchell College School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Ignatius guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence re: three matters (slacker)
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Improperly communicated with represented party

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Ignatius by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license and assessed $900.00 in costs.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Ignatius practices with Udeani & Associates at 7850 Metro Parkway in Bloomington, Minnesota.
