Attorney Anthony Elfelt of North Anoka,MN; cheating loser

The state of Minnesota presented Anthony J. Elfelt with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from William Mitchell College School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain trust account books and records
• Engaged in negligent misappropriation [theft] of client funds
• Failed to return client funds after termination of representation [cheater]
• Failed to properly supervise office bookkeeper

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of $900.00.
