Attorney Jaren Johnson of Minneapolis; ethical gnome

The state of Minnesota presented Jaren Lee Johnson with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Jaren guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to timely provide discovery requests to client
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  • Failed to comply with client information requests
  • Made false statement to opposing counsel
  • Failed to properly withdraw from client representation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Jaren by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license and assessed costs of $900.00.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Jaren practices at 7201 West 78th Street in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
