Attorney Timothy Tull of Spring Hill, TN; ethical gnome

The state of Tennessee unfortunately presented Timothy A. Tull with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the Nashville School of Law.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to adequately communicate with client
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to advise client of potential conflict of interest
• Failed to provide client with opportunity to seek independent legal advice re: conflict of interest
• Failed to reasonably communicate with regarding resolution of a discovery motion and the imposition of sanctions against his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Timmy practices at 2206 Spedale Court in Spring Hill, Tennessee.
