Attorney Cleveland Turner of Clarksville, TN; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee unfortunately presented Cleveland Carr Turner with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from the Nashville School of Law.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Cleveland guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Cleveland by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Cleveland practices at 105 South Third Street in Clarksville, Tennessee.
