Attorney Wendell Dawson of Nashville; slacker, loser

The state of Tennessee unfortunately presented Wendell Cornelius Dawson with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Law.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Wendell guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to call any witnesses on client’s behalf at final hearing for removal matter in immigration court
• Failed to properly represent his client during appeal process

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Wendell by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Wendell practices at 2713 Nolensville Pike in Nashville, Tennessee.
