Attorney Shantel Suttle of Cordova, TN; slacker, loser

The state of Tennessee unfortunately presented Shantell Sharay Suttle with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Shantel guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to timely pursue closing of an estate
• Took no action on estate matter for over one year

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Shantel by gifting her with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. July 2019), Shantel practices in Cordova, Tennessee.
