Attorney Dennis Books of Mountain City, TN; ethical troll

The state of Tennessee unfortunately presented Dennis Dwayne Brooks with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Law.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Denny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Denny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. July 2019), Denny practices at 301 West Main Street in Mountain City, Tennessee.
