Attorney  LaTrena Ingram of Collierville, TN; moronic slacker

The state of Tennessee unfortunately presented LaTrena Davis Ingram with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from the University of Michigan School of Law.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found LaTrena guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation [moron]
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to expedite client litigation     
• Disobeyed obligation owed to a tribunal
• Failed to comply with Tennessee’s statutory pre-suit requirements, which led to the dismissal of her client’s case
• When filing appeal on client’s behalf failed to file transcript or statement of the evidence, which resulted in dismissal of client’s appeal and assessment of costs against the client

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished LaTrena by gifting her with a  complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. July 2019), LaTrena practices at 9410 Forest Station Road in Collierville, Tennessee.
