Attorney  Alan Lee of Morristown, TN; ethical elf

The state of Tennessee unfortunately presented Alan C. Lee with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Conduct resulted in harm being visited upon his clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Alan by gifting him with a  complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Alan practices at 518 West 3^rd North Street in Morristown, Tennessee.
