Attorney Jeremiah Hruska of Cookeville, TN; soliciting prostitute

The state of Tennessee unfortunately presented Jeremiah Justice Hruska with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Jeremiah guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Pled guilty to misdemeanor offense of soliciting prostitution
  • Made inappropriate comments to client’s wife
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jeremiah by gifting him with a  complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Jeremiah practices at 2510 Middlebrook Road in Cookeville, Tennessee.
