Attorney John Billesberger Saskatchewan, CAN; ethical troll

The Law Society of Saskatchewan presented John  Billesberger with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from University of Saskatchewan School of Law.

The Law Society of Saskatchewan Disciplinary Committee found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Entered into a loan agreement with a client
• Failed to advise client to seek outside independent legal advice prior to agreeing to enter into a loan agreement with Johnny
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct unbecoming an officer of the court (Pray tell!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Danny by gifting him a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Johnny practices with McKercher LLP at 403 9^th Avenue in Estevan, Saskatchewan, Canada.
