Attorney Ben Kinzler of Lawrence, NY; thieving loser

The state of New York presented Ben Kinzler with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the Brooklyn School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Benny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Misappropriated [stole] client escrow funds [thief]

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Benny by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Benny practices with the Kinzler Law Group PLLC at 30 Merrall Drive in Lawrence, New York.
