Judge James Kaddo of Los Angles, criminal, ethical gremlin Despite evidence that clearly indicates that Judge James A. Kaddo of the Los Angeles County Superior Court engaged in criminal cond In late 2002, Fadi Nora of LA went to court and asked for a protection order to be issued against Judge James Kaddo who was his girlfriend’s father.
Nora and Yammine (Judge James Katto’s daughter) said their dispute with Jimmy began in 2000 when Nora, a family friend, helped Yammine with her divorce from a wealthy Lebanese businessman. Judge James Kaddo wanted Yammine to return to her husband.
After Judge James Kaddo threatened to kill him, Mr. Nora told the Orange County Court that Jimmy’s “death threat” was the latest in a series of threats that began when he started dating Jimmy’s daughter in 2000. He asked the court to prohibit Jimmy from coming within 150 yards of him, his home, his car or his workplace. According to Nora’s sworn declaration, Judge James Kaddo also threatened to “get gang members that he has done favors for as a judge to harm him.”
During a custody hear, Judge James Kaddo testified as follows:
Judge James Kaddo: "If it means killing him, I will do it."
DA Herzog: "Killing Who?"
Judge James Kaddo: "Mr. Nora."
DA Herzog: "Is there anything else that it could have meant?"
Judge James Kaddo: "That's what I had in my mind."
Despite Judge James Kaddo’s unequivocal testimony that he intended to kill Mr. Nora, the DA refused to file criminal charges. In fact, the DA said, “Rather, his statement [Judge James Kaddo’s testimony that he intended to kill Mr. Nora] appears to be an inappropriate response to a very charged issue.” Apparently, this idiot enabler and apologist was on his knees and/or respectfully genuflecting when he made this asinine comment.
As I suspect you know, judges are held to a higher standard of conduct then we are, right? Since this must be true (ever known of a judge telling a lie?), then if ya (common folk that is) threatened to kill Judge James Kaddo your punishment would likely an all-paid vacation for you and the family to Tahiti, right? Is California a great country or what?
As to being a certified ethical leper-con, Judge James Kaddo believes it is ethical for him to collect over $40,000 a year from LA County taxpayers for fringe benefits (health insurance, retirement, etc.) while at the same time the State of California is paying for the same benefits. Got that folks! Our esteemed Judge James Kaddo actually believes he’s entitled to screw two groups of taxpayers for the same benefits at the same time.
If you’re unlucky enough to have Judge James Kaddo assigned to your case, I’d advise that ya get fitted for an “inversed chastity belt.” Better safe than sorry if ya know what I mean.
