Attorney Kevin Wolf of East Aurora, NY; ethical troll

The state of New York presented Kevin R. Wolf with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the the University of Buffalo School of Law.

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to resisting arrest in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor
• Pled guilty to criminal contempt in the second degree, a call A misdemeanor
• In pleading guilty, Kevin admitted that he refused to place his hands behind his back while being arrested following an incident at the home of his former girlfriend
• City Court issued an order directing Kevin to refrain from contacting by any means his former girlfriend
• Kevin violated the court’s order by sending former girlfriend over 300 messages via email and social media

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Committee punished Kevin by gifting him with a  complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license effective May 4, 2018.

It should be noted that the comedians sitting on the Disciplinary Committee ordered Kevin to enroll in domestic violence classes for one year. It is rumored that he decided to enroll in the Mel Gibson Institute for Wife Beaters located in West Hollywood, California.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Kevin will resume his practice of law in May 2019 with the Law Office of Kevin R. Wolf at 775 Chestnut Hill Road in East Aurora, New York.
