Attorney John Wirth of Poughkeepsie, NY; ethical dwarf

The state of New York presented John Christopher Wirth with a law license in 1964 after he graduated from Hofstra University School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to adequately protect client’s interests
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Johnny practices at 40 Garden Street in Poughkeepsie, New York.
