Attorney Amado Adquilen of Philippines; slacker, loser  

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Amado T. Adquilen with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Amado guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in gross negligence in handling client labor complaints
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to maintain a high standard of legal proficiency
• Failed to devote his full attention, skill and competence to client’s case
• Failed to act with honesty in all dealings, especially with courts

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Amado by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
