Attorney Thomas Morgan of Salem, NH;  moronic loser

The state of New Hampshire presented Thomas R. Morgan with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Massachusetts School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Failed to protect client interests upon withdrawal of representation
• Failed to provide competent representation [moron]

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Tommy by gifting him with complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Tommy practices with The Law Offices of Thomas Morgan PC at 369 Main Street  in Salem, New Hampshire.
