Attorney Darlene Daniele of Salem, NH; slacker, loser

The state of New Hampshire presented Darlene M. Daniele with a law license in 19794 after she graduated from Suffolk University School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Darlene guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Darlene by gifting her with complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Darlene  practices with the Law Office of Darlene M. Daniele at 56 Stiles Road in Salem, New Hampshire.
