Attorney Curtis Payne of Enfield, NH; ethical dwarf  

The state of New Hampshire presented Curtis E. Payne  with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Curtis guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Negligent in failing to understand how a criminal defense lawyer should appropriately request leave of the Court to withdraw this.
• Improperly revealed confidential client information

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Curtis by gifting him with complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Curtis practices at 278 US Route 4 in Enfield, New Hampshire.
