The state of New Hampshire presented Thomas P. Hand Jr. with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to keep client advised of status of matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Tommy by gifting him with complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Tommy practices with the Thomas P. Hand Jr. Law Office at 664 Main Street in Rollinsford, New Hampshire.
