Attorney Donald Gittens of Jamaica; ethical troll

The Jamaica Licensing Commission provided Donald Alexander Gittens with a law license in 1989.

The Disciplinary Committee of the General Legal Counsel found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Engaged in professional misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Committee punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and ordered that he pay $40,000.00 ($317.00 US) in costs.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Donnie practices at 62 Duke Street in Jamaica.
