The Jamaica Licensing Commission provided Herbert W. Grant with a law license in 1971.

The Disciplinary Committee of the General Legal Counsel found Herbie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide client with updates of status of matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Committee punished Herbie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
