Attorney Tracy Pearson of Dover, NH; idiotic loser

The state of New Hampshire presented David I. Frydman with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from Franklin Pierce University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Tracy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to provide competent representation [idiot]
• Knowingly disobeyed an obligation under the rules of a tribunal
• Failed to act fairly towards opposing party and counsel

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Tracy by gifting her with complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Tracy practices with Bernson Legal in Dover, New Hampshire.
