Attorney Mauro Casci of Leonardo, NJ; ethical gremlin

The state of New Jersey presented Mauro C. Casci with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law. 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Mauro guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly notify a client or third person of receipt of funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Knowingly violated an obligation under rules of a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Mauro by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. April 2018) Mauro practices with The Law Office of Mauro C. Casci at 739 Leonardville Road in Leonardo, New Jersey.
