Attorney Nasser Abujbarah of Phoenix; moronic slacker
The state of Arizona presented Nasser Usama Abujbarah with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Arizona State University School of Law.
The Arizona State Bar found Nasser guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.
-
Filed or noticed an appearance in 285 bankruptcy cases on behalf of debtors
-
Given his inexperience, this number of cases far exceeded his capacity to reasonably and promptly represent his clients
-
Several bankruptcy cases were dismissed for deficiencies
-
Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
-
Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
-
Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
-
Failed to adequately communicate with some of his clients
-
Filed false false petition and other documents in Bankruptcy Court
-
Submitted false information about his payment of fees for representation in the statement of financial affairs filed with the Bankruptcy Court
-
Filed a false disclosure statement indicating that his clients had paid for his services
-
Misconduct involved multiple offenses
-
Falsely declared that he explained to the debtors the relief available to them
-
Failed to include a prior bankruptcy case filed by the debtor and failed to include life insurance and rental income that were required to be listed in the petition schedules and statements
-
Failed to list the debtor’s assets on the debtor’s schedules and the debtor’s income on the debtor’s statement of financial affairs
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Nasser by gifting him with a complimentary 6-year suspension of his law license.
And lastly, the Phillips Law Group self-serving website at www.phillipslaw.comfails to mention Nasser’s misconduct as aforementioned. Apparently, the firm decided to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients so as to not limit its future victim pool.
As we speak (ca. March 2019) Nasser practices with the Phillips Law Group PC at 3101 North Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
