The state of Virginia presented Robert Louis Wegman with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the New York School of Law.

The First District Subcommittee found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act fairly to opposing party and counsel
• Improperly dealt with unrepresented persons
• Took actions on client’s behalf when he knew or should have known that such an action would serve merely to harass or maliciously injure another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.
