Judge Doyet Early III of Aiken, SC; cheerleader for wife beaters
The state of South Carolina presented Doyet A. Early with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
The DC Bar Counsel found Jay guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Judge Early presided over a case involving a disgusting and cowardly former South Carolina Lawmaker and attorney that was found guilty of brutally beating his wife and putting a gun to her head.
After pleading guilty to felony domestic violence, Judge Early sentenced Corley to six years in prison; however, he then suspended the prison sentence and sentenced him to a five-year term of probation.
That’s right folks! Judge Early decided that brutally beating one’s wife and threatening her with a gun by pointing it at her head did not deserve even one day in jail. Obviously, this type of special treatment is reserved for attorneys and/or judges who find it acceptable to beat the crap out of their wives.
Of course it goes without saying if some regular feller in South Carolina was found guilty of felony domestic violence he damn sure would have been sentenced to several years in prison.
It is painfully clear that Judge Early is a Practicing Misogynist who finds it acceptable a good ol’ boy from South Carolina to beat his wife to a fair-three-well.
As we speak (ca. March 2019), Doyet the Misogynist continues to sit as a Second Judicial Circuit Judge in Aiken, South Carolina.
