Attorney Celio Young of DC; slacker

The District of Columbia presented Celio Young with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Notre Dame School of Law.

The DC Bar Counsel found Celio guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep clients informed of status of their matters
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to withdraw representation when required to so act

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Celio by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Celio practices his brand of law at 819 7^th Street NW in Washington, DC.
