Attorney Jay Weiss of DC; idiotic loser

The District of Columbia presented Jay S. Weiss with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from the University of Notre Dame School of Law.

The DC Bar Counsel found Jay guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misled client that he could recover damages from matter that was time barred
• Failed to advise client intentional tort statute tolled in one year
• Ignorantly advised client statute of limitations on intentional tort was three years when in fact it was one year
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Jay by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
