Attorney Graham Willis of Beaverton, OR; ethical gnome

The state of California provided Graham A. Willis with a law license in 2015  after he graduated from Northwestern California University School of Law in Sacramento. Northwestern is a Fourth Tier Law School dedicated to taking on losers that could not get accepted into mainstream law schools such as USC, UC Davis and/or UCLA.

The California State Bar Court found Graham guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Represented more than one client with adverse interests in same matter
  • Failed to inform all clients of relevant circumstances or of the potential and reasonably foreseeable adverse consequences of the representation
  • Failed to secure the informed written consent of each client re: conflicts

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Graham by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Graham.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Graham practices at 455 SW Betts Avenue in Beaverton, Oregon.
