 Attorney Barbara A. Ketring-Beuch of North Little Rock; moron, loser

 
In the past, the Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct found attorney Barbara A. Ketring-Beuch guilty of the following misconduct.
 
Closed her North Little Rock office without giving any notice to client (abandonment)
  • Failed to perfect service of client’s complaint on defendant within time limits even though she was subsequently warned by the trial judge to so act
  • Failed to act diligently in representing a client (loser)
  • Provided incompetent representation to client (moron)
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arkansas Professional Conduct Committee punished Barb by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
 
And this wasn’t Barb’s first bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She was previously found guilty of:
 
  • Providing incompetent legal services (moron)
  • Failed to act diligently in representing a client (loser)
For this misconduct, the Conduct Committee punished Barb by presenting her with a complimentary cautionary letter. Goshes and Gollies, hear tell those really hurt!
 
Again we have another example of the Conduct Committee holding Attorney Misfits to a much lower standard of conduct than everyone else.
 
As we speak (ca. Jan 2012) Barbara is practicing law at 201 West West Broadway Street in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
