Attorney Dennis McCoobery of New York City; lying loser

The state of New York presented Dennis H. McCoobery with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from St. John’s University School of Law.

New York Appellate Division, First Judicial Department found Denny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Lied to partner after failing to follow his instructions re: the filing of two appellate briefs
• To back up his lies, Denny drafted a fake appellate brief and constructed a fake chain of emails

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New York Appellate Division, First Judicial Department punished Denny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.
