Judge Stanley Mallows of the United Kingdom; bullying loser

The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office found Stan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Referred to his judicial status in a way that was intended to be threatening
• Stated: “just wait until you are in front of me” during phone conversation with a former friend
• Knowingly and intentionally abused his position as a magistrate judge

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the The Lord Chancellor and Mrs. Justice Cheema-Grubb punished Stan by gifting him with a complimentary issuance of formal warning, which I understand can by quite painful if not delivered in an appropriate manner.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Stanley  continues to work as a Justice of the Peace for the Lincolnshire Bench in Newland, Lincoln, England.
