Judge Frank Calvert of Oconto, WI; lying loser

The state of Wisconsin presented Frank M. Calvert with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from Northern Illinois University School of Law.

The Wisconsin Judicial Commission found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to appreciate the nature of his misconduct
• Lacked insight into his misconduct
• Failed to act impartially and without bias
• Independently investigated facts of case pending before him
• Lied to the parties in a case in a particularly manipulative manner
• Falsely claimed he had communicated with individuals in the judicial and law enforcement systems in such a way that the parties were doomed to failure and future legal troubles should they ever seek additional recourse
• Lied to the parties in a particularly manipulative manner, falsely  claiming  that  he  had  communicated  with  individuals  in the judicial and law enforcement systems in such a way that the parties were doomed to failure and future legal troubles should they  ever  seek  additional  recourse
• Failed to conduct himself truthfully and objectively

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary 15-day suspension from the bench.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Frankie continues to sit as a Oconto County Circuit Court Commissioner in Oconto, Wisconsin.

In addition to his judicial salary, Frankie supplements his income by practicing law with the Calvert Law Firm at 1127 Main Street in Oconto, Wisconsin.
