Judge Stefany Miley of Las Vegas, NV; charged with domestic battery

The state Nevada presented Stefany Ann Miley with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from California Western School of Law.

In one matter, Stefany was recently arrested and charged with the following conduct

• Criminally charged with domestic violence battery
• The batter involved Stefany’s 18-year-old son
• Allegedly punched her son in the mouth and him in the head while she was driving
• At the time of the beating of her son, her 8-year-old son was also in the car

Subsequently, the criminal charges against Stefany were dismissed

As we speak (ca. February 2019), Judge Miley continues to sit as an Eight Judicial District Court judge in Las Vegas, Nevada.
