Attorney Brendan McLeod of Prospect, KY; bullying loser

The state of Kentucky presented Brendan Joseph McLeod with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from  University School of Law.

In one matter, Brendan was arrested in late 2018 for retaliating against participants in a legal process, terroristic threatening and harassing communications. (Debra Cassens Weiss)

The threats were made against two lawyers involved in Brendan’s personal child custody battle. He is accused of leaving threatening voicemail messages for a lawyer representing his ex-wife, Mark Dobbins by saying he was going to “strap one on you,” and in another saying “I will come find you.”

Brendan is also charged with telling a third party that he would kill Dobbins and lawyer Forrest Kuhn, who was appointed as guardian ad litem for his children. He is also allegedly to have told police that he wished both lawyers were dead.

Brendan’s custody battle made the news when he sued the judge who released his drug test results, which showed he had tested positive for methamphetamine.

All that remains now is to see how long it takes for Brendan the Bully to cop a plea in order to limit the amount of time he’ll be spending in jail.

As we speak (ca. February 2019), Brendan practices his brand of law with McLeod Law at 1801 Huckleberry Lane in Prospect, Kentucky.
