Judge Lawrence Cann II of Richmond, VA; misogynistic loser

The state Virginia presented Judge Lawrence B. Cann III Rena J. Hughes with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law.  

In one matter, Larry presided over the case of Michelle Renay Sutherland who was arrested on February 18, 2019 for indecent exposure when she exposed her breast outside the state’s Capitol during a demonstration for the Equal Rights Amendment, which would amend the U.S. Constitution to outlaw discrimination on the basis of gender. When Ms. Sutherland appeared before Larry the Misogynistic Loser denied her any bail and ordered that she be jailed until her scheduled trial on March 21, 2019, meaning she would be imprisoned for thirty-one (31) days. Ms. Sutherland wasn’t charged with a high level felony like armed robbery or attempted murder, she was charged with a misdemeanor for exposing a breast.

After the public expressed its outrage at Larry’s gender biased conduct, he was forced into readdressing his denial of bail and ordering Ms. Sutherland to be released on her own recognizance. Put simply, Larry originally tagged Ms. Sutherland as a danger to herself or others when he denied her bail, but then he magically determined shortly thereafter that she no longer posed such a threat. Goshes and Gollies and Gee Willikers, isn’t Virginia a great country?
