Attorney Timothy Williams of Houston; thieving loser

The State of Texas presented Timothy Lee Williams with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Texas Southern University School of Law.

The District 4 Grievance Committee found Timmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to promptly comply with client information requests
• Failed to refund unearned advance fees of $1,000 upon termination (crook)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Timmy.

As one would suspect, Timmy failed to mention the aforementioned misconduct on his self-serving website at www.williams-firm.com. Apparently, Timmy chose to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients so as to not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2019), Timmy practices with TL Williams & Associates at 14511 Falling Creek Drive in Houston, Texas.
