Judge Deborah Walker of Albuquerque, NM; drunken loser

The state of New Mexico presented Deborah Davis Walker with a law license in 1978 after she graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

It should be noted that Debbie has had her significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past thirty-three years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Albuquerque area was about to offer her a good paying job.

• Charged with driving under the influence (DUI)
• Made U-turn without watching out for other cars thereby causing an accident
• Charged with failure to keep proper lookout
• Criminal complaint states Debbie smelled of alcohol and slurred her speech
• Breathalyzer showed she was above the presumed level of intoxication

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Debbie by the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Debbie continues to sit as a Bernalillo County District Court Family Court Judge in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
