Attorney Cristina Mehling of Bellevue, WA; ethical dwarf

The State of Washington presented Cristina B. Mehling with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Cristy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act
• Divulged confidential client information

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Cristy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
